Dog Requirements
All dogs must be spayed or neutered if over the age of eight months. All guests for the first day must check in by 8:30 AM.
All dogs that play with us must submit proof of current vaccinations for:
- Rabies: Annually or three years
- DHLPP (distemper/parvo): Annually
- Bordetella (aka Canine Cough): Once every six months
- Negative Fecal test results for Evaluation day!
Feline Vaccines
All cats that stay with us must submit proof of current vaccinations for:
- FVRCP
- Rabies
Prior to your pet’s first day (Evaluation), you will need to register your dog/cat through our Gingr Petcare Software online portal and provide us with proof of current vaccinations.
Dogs that show signs of aggressive behavior or other traits that could put the other Guests at risk will not be admitted into group social playcare. In most cases, a dog’s overall behavior is improved by group play as well as the interaction with our trained Staff. However, outside and genetic factors can sometimes lead to increased aggression and/or inappropriate behavior in dogs who have been participating in social daycare for some time. Dogs who exhibit behaviors that cannot be reasonably controlled, modified, pose a threat to other dogs or our employees will cause us to suspend and or expel dogs from the Pet resort or offer private social daycare.
Therefore, if your dog is not social with other dogs, we do offer private social play time with staff as long as your dog is not aggressive towards staff. This is a special play time offer and your dog will go out every two hours for private social play with staff only.
Cats that show signs of aggression to other cats will not be able to free roam during feline fun social hour and will remain private with staff only social time. If your cat is not friendly with our staff then they will tell you it is not a good fit as a guest for the Meow Motel.
